Being middle aged added additional concerns and Dr. Cook clearly described all potential issues, how to mitigate those issues, and answered all my questions in plain English. What was very important to me was the customer service. The staff was always pleasant and efficient. They took me in for appointments on time and quickly got me through the appointment. There were no billing issues even with several changes in my insurance. Dr. Cook worked directly with my dentist to coordinate work needed after my braces were off but before final retainers. I dont know where to begin with this review. Words cant express how wonderful their offices are. I went into braces at 38 years old, which was an extremely difficult decision, but I dont regret it now that the results are in. They have exceptional customer service, they are professional, and most importantly they truly care about their patients. They are extremely organized and have top of the line communication with you the entire time. My son was in braces with another pediatrician orthodontist at the same time I was with Dr. Cook, and the difference between both offices is shockingly different. My sons orthodontist office cant hold a candle to Dr. Cook. I would transfer my son to Dr. Cook if he hadnt finished his program already.
