Being middle aged added additional concerns and Dr. Cook clearly described all potential issues, how to mitigate those issues, and answered all my questions in plain English. What was very important to me was the customer service. The staff was always pleasant and efficient. They took me in for appointments on time and quickly got me through the appointment. There were no billing issues even with several changes in my insurance. Dr. Cook worked directly with my dentist to coordinate work needed after my braces were off but before final retainers.
